How it Works

There are just a few simple steps for you to take to ensure that we build your website exactly as you would like it. The first step is to fill in our order form which automatically updates the costings depending on the features that you choose. These can be easily removed as you go along if you find you are getting above your budget. If you would prefer not to fill in your order form on line, please give us a call and we can do it for you over the phone. You then choose a design.

Remember to enter the template number so we know on which design to base your order. If you wish you can enter any notes that you think will be helpful to our design team. 

Images supplied with the template are included in the price. If you would like to change the images, you can supply your own or you can choose from our extensive range of photo library images at £15 each which includes re-sizing and optimising. The price quoted is for the chosen template to be customised with your logo, images and content in the same position as in the templates. We are happy to quote for changes to the standard layout if required.

Please note: The templates are for illustration purposes only and may contain additional features not included in your 5 page website. We will be happy to quote for any additional features on request

When you are happy with the order, make the deposit payment. There are various ways this can be done which are shown on the order form page.

When your payment has been received we will give you a call, firstly to say thank you for your order and then to discuss your requirements in more detail. Most of the information we require will relate to the content of your website so it will be helpful you can give some thought to the following:

• General layout of the site
• Page names
• How much text and what images you would like
• Name of the website – do you have a domain name already registered or can we do this for you?
• Do you have a company logo and if not would you like us to design this for you?

You don’t have to think of everything at this stage as once we have enough information, we will start to build your website on our development server and within 10 – 14 days you will receive a link to your fully working website. This is where we will need your feedback to change any of the design elements and layouts, within the limitations of the template that you have chosen. Once you are happy with the layout we will then start to add content and also show you how you can easily add and remove text and images yourself. 

When everything is done to your satisfaction and you are perfectly happy, we will then launch your website live on the internet.
